Jess Watts, CEO, right4staff A qualified lawyer, Jess Watts has more than 25 years experience in a wide range of consumer and business-to-business service sector companies, both as a senior executive and a consultant. Previous roles include Managing Director of The Observer newspaper, Director of Regus UK Ltd and CEO of his own management consultancy business. He has been CEO of right4staff since June 2006.

Jonathan Hardy, Group Financial Director A certified accountant with over 10 years experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Jon has headed up the finance team of right4staff since 1996 and was a founding member of the MBO team.

Melissa Carslake – Managing Director – right4staff South Before joining right4staff in March 2003, Melissa spent 10 years working for the global recruitment & staffing organisation Kelly Services. Initially starting her recruitment career as a Consultant she progressed to Regional Operations Director. Melissa has gained extensive experience of managing multi-site branch regions as well as implementing and managing major key accounts covering temporary & permanent recruitment, single site and national.

Paul Smith – Managing Director – right4staff North Paul joined right4staff in 2004 and has over 11 years experience in high street and on-site recruitment, holding positions from Branch Manager to Managing Director. Before joining right4staff, Paul was a Divisional Director with one of the largest global, multi-national staffing and human capital management services businesses, Manpower. Prior to his career in recruitment Paul held both senior Sales and Operational positions in the service and manufacturing sectors which included the responsibility for hiring staff and use of recruitment agencies.

Adam Gibbons - Managing Director, Site Managed Services (SMS) Adam joined right4staff in 2006, having spent the previous 4 years with Regus (latterly as UK Sales Director) and the 12 years prior to that with Xerox in a variety of sales management roles. Outsourcing has been a key area for Adam across his 22 years business experience; an area very applicable to the growth in the on-site division at right4staff. In fact, the number of on-sites has more than doubled during Adam's time with the business.
